Delete your account

Are you a customer of a business that uses Service Dock? Your information — for example your contact details, orders, calls and messages — belongs to that business, and we handle it only on its instructions. Please send your request to that business; we will help it complete the request.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address of your Service Dock account, with the subject “Delete my Service Dock account”.
2. If you are the only owner of a company in Service Dock, first make another member of the company an owner, or tell us that you want the company deleted with your account and include its name.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from your account’s email address.
4. We delete the account within 30 days of a confirmed request and email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, password and Google sign-in link.
• Your sessions and mobile devices registered for push notifications.
• Your membership in companies, your settings and your notifications.
• Only if you are the only owner of a company and ask us to delete it: the company and its data — customers, locations, orders, schedules, call and text history, emails, recordings and transcripts.

What may be kept

• Records that belong to a company you were a member of (for example orders you created or calls you answered) stay with that company, because the company owns them. Your name is removed from them, and they show a former member instead.
• Information we must keep to comply with the law, resolve disputes or prevent fraud, only as long as needed.
• Backup copies until they are overwritten on their regular cycle.

Without deleting your account

• Sign out of the mobile app to stop push notifications on that phone, or turn them off by group in the app.
• Ask an owner or admin of your company to remove you from the company. See also our privacy policy.
